Forum d´Ideias specializes in corporate events, scientific symposia, international conferences and meetings in the fields of Professional Conference Management, Event Management, Destination Management and Venue Finding Solutions. Established in 2000, we supply our services throughout Portugal. We have grown steadily which is no surprise with such beautiful destinations internationally recognized for the excellent hospitality, gastronomy, good weather and above all great products.

One of our main goals has been to be hands-on with MICE business in this area. Our several long-term clients show that we are a trusted formula for the organization of conference or event services.

Success is in detail, and it is the attention to detail that makes the difference. When we handle your event, nothing is left to chance.

Our team is our greatest asset. They come from different areas (tourism, public relations, communication sciences and management) fluent in English (French, Spanish and German are also spoken) and all senior events coordinators have more than 5 years experience in events organization but, above all our team is passionate about the job and eager to deliver successful events.
